Corporate & Company Driver Training
Legislation introduced under the Health & Safety at Work Act places a duty of care on employers and individual directors of companies to ensure that employees who undertake driving duties are competent. Liability may lead to criminal prosecution with a heavy fine, or imprisonment. The HSE are increasingly prepared to prosecute companies who fail to meet their legal obligations.
